Minimum stay
• Minimum stay for Studio are 2 Nights & for Type Maisonettes are 2 Nights exept period of High Season with 3 Nights Minimum stay.

Prepayments
• For payment in advance 25% can betransfer money by bank or by post office in the case reservation made by phone.
• For the online bookings payment in advance can be done by credit cards.

Stayover Tax
• At the presented rates are not including the 0.50€ Stayover Tax, is calculating per room per night and is payable at the time of the departure.
