Accommodation Restrictions
Minimum Stay for Type Studio and Apartments
2 nights for period 01-05 till 15/07 & 01-09 till 31-10
3 nights for period 16-07 till 11-08 & 17-08 till 31-08
4 nights for period 12-08 till 16-08
Type Studio can accommodate from 1 - 3 guests
2 guests will be minimum charged staying at Type Studio for period 01-08 till 22/08
Type Apartment can accommodate from 1 - 5 guests
2 guests will be minimum charged staying at Type Apartment for period 01-05 till 31-07 & 01-09 till 31-10
3 minimum guests will be minimum charged staying at Type Apartment for period 01-08 till 22/08

is requested the amount of 25% advance payment
Can't be the amount less than 3 days charge! The rest of the amount 75% will be collected from the credit card at the arrival date.
No limits of changing booking dates if there is availability and you accept the different prices of the periods that may exist.

"3. Discount on Rares for Stay 4 - 7 Days -12%"

Can't be the amount less than 3 days charge! The rest of the amount 70% will be collected from the credit card 21 days prior to arrival.

In case of Prepayment in Cash or Credit Card 100%
If room reservation from all catalogs is not canceled prior to 21 days of the arrival date, then the deposit 25% or 30% will be forfeited and the rest of 75 or 70% of the amount will return back with the same way of collecting them.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 21 days prior to arrival date.
If the room reservation from catalogs "Official Prices", "Discount Prices" & "Sp. Offers" is canceled in 21 days or more, prior to the arrival date, then the deposit will be full refunded.
If the reservation of "Packages" is canceled in 21 days or more prior to the arrival date, then "NO Refunded".
Cancellation less to 21 days from the arrival date
If room reservation from catalog "Official Prices" Flexible Policy 21 days, "Discount Prices" Policy 21 days & "Sp. Offers" Special Offers Policy 21 days is not canceled prior to 21 days of the arrival date, then the deposit will be forfeited.
If the reservation of "Packages" is not canceled prior to 21 days of the arrival date, then NO Refunded Payments
Non Show Policy
For room reservations from catalogs "Official Prices" Flexible Policy 21 days if guests are non-show then will be charge 1 day plus the advance payment that has been collected from the total amount.
For room reservations from catalogs "Discount Prices" Policy 21 days
if guests are non-show then they will be charged with 50% including the advance payment from the total amount and the rest of the money will be refunded.
For room reservations from catalogs"Sp. Offers" Special Offers Policy 21 days
Is non Refundable
Non-scheduled departures
In case of non-scheduled departure for room reservations from Rate Type Lists "Official Prices" 30% of the rest agreed amount will be charged as supplement.
In case of non-scheduled departure for room reservations from Rate Type Lists "Discount Prices" 80% of the rest agreed amount will be charged as supplement.

All rates are recalculating with Rate Type Lists of "Official Prices" and then will be charged the new prices for your current days of stay and will be added the50% of the rest days of stay which will be canceled
For "Packages" if guests are non-show, then all the amount will be forfeited.
Accurate Credit Cards
Guests must ensure that they furnish the accommodation with accurate credit card particulars. In the event that the accommodation fails to guarantee the required deposit due to such inaccuracies, then the requested reservation will not be secured and the accommodation will not be held responsible. I this case you will get informed by email to correct the cards details once.
Government Tax
At the presented rates are not including the 0.50€ government tax, is calculating per room per night and is payable at the time of the departure.
